Community Thrift Store

The Community Thrift Store is a joint project of the Surrey Hospice Society and the Surrey Fire Fighters’ Charitable Society. The store is a treasure trove of gently-used merchandise that includes clothing, furniture, household items, books, electronic goods, luggage, art, toys, linens, curios, collectibles, and fashion accessories — all at bargain prices.
The store is not only a boon to thrifty shoppers, but to the community as a whole because all profits will be returned to the community in the way of hospice support and Fire Fighters’ charitable programs.

The store is always looking for new volunteers. We are proud to say that Donna Chubb, Store Manager, and all of our volunteers have helped to develop an atmosphere of work and fun that attracts people to want to be involved.
