The Community Thrift Stores are a joint project of the Surrey Hospice Society and the Surrey Fire Fighters’ Charitable Society. The stores are a treasure trove of gently-used merchandise that includes clothing, furniture, household items, books, electronic goods, art, linens, curios, collectibles, and fashion accessories - all at bargain prices.

The stores are not only a boon to thrifty shoppers, but to the community as a whole because all profits will be returned to the community in the way of hospice support and Fire Fighters’ charitable programs.

The thrift store is looking for a few good volunteers. We offer our volunteers on going training, a fun environment, and opportunities for advancement. We are also looking for a Volunteer Recruitment Volunteer. This position will assist the management team in recruiting and selecting volunteers for positions in the store. Donations are accepted Monday to Saturday, 9:00am - 4:00pm. We are unable to accept some items, please call the store for more information on items we can receive. Thank you for your continued support.
