Youth Grief Support

Helping Young Hearts Heal

Children and teens experience grief differently than adults. We offer compassionate, age-appropriate support that helps them process loss, build resilience, and feel less alone. Families are supported alongside their children, because healing happens together.

Child, Youth, & Family Counselling

Bereaved families or individuals are offered a series of counselling sessions with a grief companion or registered clinical counselor who specializes in child, youth, and family grief. Sessions provide a safe space to talk, explore feelings, and find healthy ways to cope.
