Cashier / Customer Service

You are the first and last person a customer talks to in the store. You must be very friendly and have a wonderful smile! Experience working with cash is an asset. You keep the store looking great. You work with customers to ensure a smooth sales experience. We look for  volunteers with an interest in great customer service. Tasks include:

  • Greeting customers

  • Assisting customers with cash-related transactions

  • Organizing tools, products

  • Keeping racks and shelves stocked

  • Assisting customers

  • Maintaining the sales floor

Want to be a part of an amazing team while gaining valuable work experience? We are always looking for great volunteers.

 

We offer our volunteers training, a fun but serious environment, and opportunities for advancement. 

Store Maintenance

You keep the store running smoothly and efficiently. You help with the overall maintenance of the store. Tasks include:

  • Testing electrical equipment

  • Receiving donations

  • Taking out the garbage

  • Maintaining cleanliness of the backroom

  • Checking and cleaning all tools that have been donated. 

  • Price and put out on sales floor
