Developing Self-Compassion

Learning to listen to yourself with patience and understanding. You will learn to nurture yourself and practice nonjudgmental acceptance.

Often, when we are grieving, we hear judgements from others about how we should grieve or how long is acceptable to grieve. Grieving takes as long as it takes and there is no right way to grieve! Then we sometimes give ourselves harsh messages such as

“I should be over this by now!”.

This webinar will help you learn to respond to yourself with loving kindness and gentle acceptance.
