The death of a loved one is often one of the most stressful experiences in life. Grief affects everyone in their own way.

For some people, connecting with others and sharing their stories helps them process their loss.

All Groups are free of charge, but you must be registered to attend.

Finding My Way

An Online Grief Group for Adult Grievers

January 24th to February 28th 2024
6:00pm to 8:00pm
(one Wednesday evening per week)

This group is free, curriculum-based, and led by a counselor. You will need to commit to participation for the entire six weeks.

 

Reservation is required. Space is limited so reserve early.

Spousal Loss

An Online Grief Group for Adult Grievers

February 27th to April 2nd 2024
6:00pm to 8:00pm
(one Tuesday evening per week)

A safe and social setting where individuals who are grieving the loss of their partner, can come together, share, and find support with others who understand their grief.

 

This group is free, curriculum-based, and led by a counselor, for individuals grieving the loss of a life partner. You will need to commit to participation for the entire six weeks.

 

Reservation is required. Space is limited so reserve early.
