The death of a loved one is often one of the most stressful experiences in life. Grief affects everyone in their own way.

For some people, connecting with others and sharing their stories helps them process their loss.

Evenings

6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

An Online Grief Group for Adult Grievers

May 27th 2024: A gathering for Mothers who’ve lost a child

May 28th 2024: Honoring Mothers who are no longer with us

June 24th 2024: A gathering for Fathers who’ve lost a child

June 25th 2024: Honoring Fathers who are no longer with us

  • Participants 18+ years of age

  • this group is free

  • led by counselors

  • online through Zoom

  • A safe and social setting where individuals who are grieving the loss of their loved ones, can come together, share, and find support with others who understand their grief.

All Groups are free of charge, but you must be registered to attend.
