All registrants and pledges are on a honor system, please enter your donation amount on the payment site. To maximise funds collected from this event we will be processing all payments with our trusted partners Bayshore Foundation who will be matching your dollars by 50%! To make the payment easier for those whom are participating by collecting pledges, we kindly ask that you wait until you have all your funds collected from your pledges before submitting a totaled payment through Bayshore Foundation. Payments through their site can be made by credit card or PayPal.

In consideration of the acceptance of this registration entry for the Heart & Sole -Virtual Hike for Hospice, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive any claim to which I may become entitled for injury or damage and release Surrey Hospice Society Hospice and all other organizers, sponsors, representatives, their agents and employees and any other person or organization assisting in this event from any claims for damages or injury suffered by me as a result of my participation in or traveling to or from this event. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this event and am aware that participation could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury. I also give my permission for the free use of my name and picture in broadcast, telecast or written account of this event.
The Heart and Soul hike for Hospice will be a VIRTUAL event this year, ensuring clients, staff, volunteers and supporters are safe while practicing physical distancing. It will take place on From Sunday May 1st 2022 to Thursday June 30th 2022 to raise much needed financial support for families in need of hospice palliative care and grief support. Surrey Hospice Society encourages everyone to join the Heart & Soul Virtual Hike by registering here online, and sharing our page with friends and family to collect donations, and completing their 1km - 5-km - 10km hike on or before June 30th 2022. Surrey Hospice Society is a community-based charitable, non-profit organization. Programs are provided at our hospice sites within the community including visiting by a trained volunteer as well as, caregiver and bereavement support. Delivery of services is possible through the support of a small, dedicated staff, many volunteers, generous donors and fundraisers such as this.
