HEART & SOLE - HIKE FOR HOSPICE
Surrey Hospice Society and Bayshore Home Heath is encouraging people to join the Heart and Sole Virtual Hike for Hospice and to join together "virtually" for a 1km, 5km, 10km walk, run or bike ride. People can go to a nearby park, walk or ride on one of the beautiful paths and walking trails in your community, use a treadmill, stationary bike or even walk around your yard.

Complete an individual Walk, Run or Hike in your own time & pace at any destination of your choice. Please be safe and follow all recommendations from our , follow Public Health directions that are in place currently.

Do you have someone you are Walking, Running, Biking or Hiking in honor or memory of ? Feel free to send us a picture along with their name, and we will share it in our public, “In Memory & Honor Album” (found in Photos)

How will you know I completed a hike?
We would love for everyone to send us photos or videos of your hike. Feel free to include a message of encouragement or the reason you are participating. Participants can send those photos and videos to info@surreyhospice.com We would love to share some of your photos and videos on our social media channels.
We have provided a pledge form available here in forms. We encourage you to do as much of the fundraising online as possible to align with the physical distancing.
